His is very helpful and excellent service

I haver two subscriptions. I have had issues with the service several times since I switched to Tashan TV less than a year ago.The customer service is very poor. To begin with it is hard to get a hold of anyone to chat with. The fixes promised take almost a week to rectify. People do not call back as promised. Lately, I needed to change one of my boxes and have the service transferred to a new one which I already owned. Initially, after almost 3 hours, I was told that there will be transfer charge which I refused to pay and asked to cancellation of service and refund. The customer service came back after another hour to say, that the charge was mis communication and there will be no fee. Now again, they insist that I pay. I have asked to cancel Amy service and issue a refund and the company is refusing to do this. I I do not recommend this service to anyone. Just take your business elsewhere.

Tashan tv working so good, I used last 5 year and working so good. This is very reasonable price

We have been Tashan IPTV customer since 2019.
We just renewed our subscription for second 5-year term on our second Tashan provided box.
Overall, we are satisfied with their service.
Certainly, performance of their service has room for improvement. For example, we have often experienced broken poor reception on Live as well as recorded channels.
But we know from our friends who are not Tashan customers that they too experience such problems.
What tashan has going for them is user friendly interface and excellent access to customer service and support.

Really good IPTV service with live tv and online content available in all languages. The content refreshes everyday and we love the quality.

These are the people who will tell you they will give you 6 months free service if you refer someone but they don’t, it’s a lie. If you get a new service they will ask you to give a good review then they will also give you free 3 months service. These are all lie and BS.

The customer and support service is very poor. Trying to get my box set up from past 3 days. No one to talk to. One person called and said someone else will call. Multiple texts but no calls to resolve issue. I would not recommend anyone. All the reviews are probably from them.

No update TVShow time to time..! Just need money but No proper Service…!

I upgrade the box 4K a new box and power button. It’s bad, not turning on and I call every single day and no one help me or exchange my box and I’m still struggling with the exchange the box or refund my money they’re not doing anything.

Tashan TV has great customer service and they always resolved my issues without further escalation. Today also speaking with Sakshi I had great experience of resolving customer issue as quickly as possible. I refer tashan tv to many of my friends.

IPTV Box after initial activation did not start next day, Kavi went thru with me step by step in a very cordial way to resolve set up issues. He also gave me tips to navigate channels. He also promised to make a follow up call. Kavi is very knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciate his help very much.
Sakshi is the one who directed my request to right tech support member- –Kavi after realizing it is more involved. She followed up. She helped me in navigation thru various channels, She is very polite, helpful and respectful. She is also a good team member.

Not worth upgrading. Remote that comes with the new 4.0.box is a downgrade from the old one. No dedicated VOD button makes you click a bunch of buttons just to from the homepage to the VOD screen. Also, even though there are 2 power buttons, there is no way to program one of them to turn on/off TV. Already contacted support and was told they can’t do anything about it.
Button mapping is in settings and all other apps work except the one that is required the most which is VOD.
So think before you upgrade.
Been a loyal customer for years but the first time disappointed with the support team.

Technical Support
I have had some technical issues with Tashan IPTV. Kavi from the customer support / technical support was very helpful in addressing the issue and fixing it promptly in restoring the IPTV service. He helped me reset my TV and also fixed my internet connection issue with IPTV. He was such a gentleman and so patient with the whole process which took about 2 hours. I would highly recommend him and this service .

While I started my service in December of last year and experienced some initial slowness, things have significantly improved. The service is now much better, and their content collection seems to be expanding and improving over time, which is great to see. It would benefit them and their audience if they could continue to add improved quality of newer content.
Other providers seem to have inconsistent service, older content and lack customer focus. This company is incredibly efficient and supportive, from the initial setup to addressing any issues that stems later.

I bought the subscription last year after wasting my last subscription in 2018. Over those five years their content and download quality has improved remarkably. However all the shows downloads were not date stamped and we have to remember the previous episode number. With my follow up persistence with technical team, they have started from today 18 June 2025. It shows episode number, its time length, day and date with story title.

I really love this company. After having to deal with different people for several years and having service issue I think I found the right company where they are very efficient and helpful from the set up to any issue it occurs in later. They sure call you back within a day. I would strongly recommend this company. I am using them for last 4-5 yrs.

I’ve been using Tashan IPTV service for nearly two years now. So far I haven’t got any problems with their service. They offer a wide variety of channels including sports documentaries, news channels etc. Staff would go the extra mile to allow you to request channels and in some cases the channels would add to your existing channel line up.I have already recommended two persons to purchase their service and they did.Great service great people. They also have a 24/7 support service.

Miss Simran helped me setting up the replacement box they send out because the old one stopped working. They resolve this issue within a week, which is very impressive.

Anytime I have had an issue, I message them on WhatsApp and they follow up with me. If I can’t pick up the phone, they will continue calling. They have always solved any issue I have had.

I’m using this service from last 4 and half hours on my TV it’s really nice service. Never had any problems . And now they provide same service on iPhone and android phones . It’s really amazing. You can watch anything anywhere

Also some minor glitch of freezing the show during live tv shows was ultimately fixed and mainly was done by updating the servers but it would be nice to have all subscribers are informed about this update by sending pop up message to the tv so we don’t keep calling for help

Since March, I have been trying to watch WWE PPV events, and everytime I contacted IPTV helpdesk, I was told different things with no solutions with me waiting a long time. Today, within 10 minutes Anita resolved the issue for me. The issue was that I was always told the wrong channel. Thank you Anita for taking time and resolving the issue.

I want it to be started in India also.

I’ve been receiving Authentication problem and Connection problem for the last 6 months, I’ve called them numerous times and nothing has changed. They just reset the subscription but half of the channels don’t work or lag while watching. I’ve requested a new box but they just put me on hold and tell me to reboot the box. It’s fixed they say however after 15 mins of hanging up, its the same issue. I will not be recommending this service to anyone else. There are many other good IPTV services out there that we can recommend.

Most of the channel and videos buffer. I’ve called support many times without a resolution. The English TV Shows don’t aren’t available in the demand section.

I have TASHAN TV = IPTV service for over four years. Initially service was slow, somewhat caused due to my slow internet speed also. My internet service is fast and also direct wired it to IPTV Box.
