We love this box because of the variety of shows, and movies we can watch. I also like how it is always updated with new movies and shows that are coming out. The install and setup was very easy and simple.

I recently purchases subscription. Sales rep Sarika is very helpful , she let me take my time and decide , she explained me different options to make informed decision. Set up is easy , no issues so far, will update review after using it for any year or so.

I have had prompt and attentive service from the Tashan team. The availability of new programs is amazing. I recommend this service to everyone

Set top box was shipped and support for installation was excellent. We love the service so far. Sheetal and Simran were very prompt and provided great support.

I am so disappointed in this service, their set top box doesn’t work, customer service number is going to voicemail, I’ve referred 20 people here ans am regretting it. They don’t take complaints seriously, every day one has to call or message them, they ask for your money and then just forget the customer. It’s a slap on the Customer’s face. Highly regrettable and I am going to ask for a refund, this is not legal customers have rights also.

It’s very good and reliable. No buffering issues. Using it since 4 years now.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!! This is the worst service ever. I bought the 5 year subscription it stopped working after a year. I called to tell the to send me a new box they won’t do that. I’ve trouble shooted 3 different times and it still doesn’t work. Manager was NO help. I would never recommend this service. Please do not buy from this company it’s a SCAM!!!!

System has been failing over 10 days now. Screen blacks out for free seconds continuously. Reported to support Nov 2.

Reset, restart, unplugging etc. not helping.

Call to support disconnected after 20+ minutes waiting.

Nandini reached back after rising service requests for connection problems. She walked me through some step. It was quick. And problem solved immediately.

I would like to get a full refund or this IPTV
It’s not worth my time and effort to keep complaining for a month about this IPTV provider.
Tried calling at least 20 times today to only hear it will be fixed in next 30mins
I checked back few times during the day and in a span of few hours the service and box still not working. I complained thru their 24/7 WhatsApp and this what they said:

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. Our technical team is already working on it, and the issue is expected to be resolved within the next 1 hour. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we restore the service.
“
Another 1 hour. Checked back and the box is still not up and running. Still not working!!
Even asked for refund – but they refused to provide – would def.. avoid this provider at all cost!!
They do not help and their customer service only provide meaningless information and only deter you that issue will be solved only to know that for the last month since I bought this box/ service it has not worked nor they are providing a full refund

Disappointed and would advise against this provider..

Bought the app on phone and everyday now the authorization fails and it takes them hours to restore the service. Totally pathetic

There are to much trouble with Tashan IPTV for activate Box. I am waiting for call from you more than 3 hours. And when i received a call from you so your agent just saying login with Google account your box and they hangup the phone. And again waiting for call back. This is my First and Last time for purchase Channel from Tashan IPTV.

Tashan IPTV is the best service provider in usa. I enjoyed watching all kind of TV programmes, movies on video club. Arvind provided the best customer care. He listened to my problem very patiently, humbly and solved it so quickly. Amazing!!!!!

Tashan IpTv service is bad. The India-Pakistan cricket match is not streaming well. Some have issues.

I have had Tashan Iptv subscription for past 5 years and without fail on big cricket tournaments it freezes or doesn’t work. Whenever you try to call their customer service numbers you get a busy signal. Yesterday after being on hold for 20 minutes finally reached a customer service person who hung up on me when I was explaining my complaint. Worst customer service!!! Don’t buy as there are better options!!!

Worst service. Live TV is not working and when i tried to call them on (647) 943-0707 the call get failed. i tried different service provide to call and same error.

Lot of issues. The channel just spin and when you try to contact customer service the phone is engage.

Very poor service, dont buy this. This is 2nd time its happening when there is a important cricket match and thier box is not working. They always blame on internet which is not the case. Very pathetic service. They even dont know how to manage increased workload on special ocassions . NOT RECOMONDED TO BUY. They are resching out to me for renewal of service which of course i am not going to do with then rather will go with reliable service provider who at least have good infrastructure and service support.

I humble request to customer whoever need IPTV player please don’t buy Tashan IPTV player. I bought in 2021 and replace once by my own expense but still same as usual. It’s always freeze and today is India vs Pakistan final match and I can’t even watch. I am keep trying to call but it’s coming busy tone. So totally useless and hopeless. So I am requesting don’t spend your money behind Tashan IPTV.

DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE. They are scammers. I purchased the 5 year package with fire stick. It worked fine for 1 month fine no connection issue. But I noticed something strange even watching pre recorded show it will keep disconnecting and I had restart portal 5 to 9 times just to work. Even when I want to watch live TV shows it will keep disconnecting. Just FYI I have been using IP TV service from different providers it I never had this issue. So, please DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICES THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE.

I bought service for my cellphone last year. Upon sign up I asked cutomer service rep that what if I change my phone so Rep replied they will be transfer this service to new phone with no cost. Now when I change my phone I called them again to transfer my service Rep. replied there will be a charge. This is huge scam. Stay away from this service.

Sevice are not good .Today India-Pakistan cricket match and service going down. We are not watching cricket and trying to call 2 times talk going fix but than not fix but phone ring going busy no answer . I bought the box last week and they charged for return fee $60.00 . I am staying in USA fo 35 years and I never get kind of service and return charge fee.

This service was good when we first started,, now subscribing them for 2nd time was a regret. The box needs to be rebooted every single day and it stopped working , makes no connection to servers. Today was worst and trying to reach them ia another nightmare, their lines are busy and cant get any one to help. Also their fix is also reboot the box, no understanding that we had rebooted multiple times yet doesnt work.
