I have been using Tashan tv and the provide great customer service and customer service and support by calling to see if everything is working properly and so far had no issues and I have so many channels you won’t get bored but confused on what to watch today. They are there to help you set up if you need help. I would recommend them.

Suntan really helped me with my issue. It was little complicated so she researched it and followed with me proactively within couple of hours and completely resolved the issue.

Miss Simran helped me setting up the replacement box they send out because the old one stopped working. They resolve this issue within a week, which is very impressive.

Anytime I have had an issue, I message them on WhatsApp and they follow up with me. If I can’t pick up the phone, they will continue calling. They have always solved any issue I have had.

I’m using this service from last 4 and half hours on my TV it’s really nice service. Never had any problems . And now they provide same service on iPhone and android phones . It’s really amazing. You can watch anything anywhere

Also some minor glitch of freezing the show during live tv shows was ultimately fixed and mainly was done by updating the servers but it would be nice to have all subscribers are informed about this update by sending pop up message to the tv so we don’t keep calling for help

They need to start hiring better staff , all of them are rude and unprofessional , even the Sr officials . They know they have got there money upfront and now let customers suffer.

Since March, I have been trying to watch WWE PPV events, and everytime I contacted IPTV helpdesk, I was told different things with no solutions with me waiting a long time. Today, within 10 minutes Anita resolved the issue for me. The issue was that I was always told the wrong channel. Thank you Anita for taking time and resolving the issue.

Best Tv service. They have all the tv channels, web series. They daily update all the web series and movies.

I’ve been receiving Authentication problem and Connection problem for the last 6 months, I’ve called them numerous times and nothing has changed. They just reset the subscription but half of the channels don’t work or lag while watching. I’ve requested a new box but they just put me on hold and tell me to reboot the box. It’s fixed they say however after 15 mins of hanging up, its the same issue. I will not be recommending this service to anyone else. There are many other good IPTV services out there that we can recommend.

Most of the channel and videos buffer. I’ve called support many times without a resolution. The English TV Shows don’t aren’t available in the demand section.

I have TASHAN TV = IPTV service for over four years. Initially service was slow, somewhat caused due to my slow internet speed also. My internet service is fast and also direct wired it to IPTV Box. That made a big change. Overall staff at Tashan TV is great , professional and, helpful. I The price offered bt Tashan TV is the lowest in the market and highly recommend Tashan TV service.

Adi Goyal assisted us for the tv subscription. We are extremely happy with the subscription as well as service. He explained us the plans really well and guided with each steps. Very helpful and patient to work with.

I recently subscribed to TashanIPTv. This review is for the service in general, but particularly for the person who helped me and guided me through the setup process. This person, Siddharth , has lot of patience guiding people like us , not so savvy with setting up media and phones. Siddharth guided us through setup making it so easy. Subsequently I called him once again to get some more info on different programs and channels and he was very helpful and polite. Please convey and share my commendation with him.
Regarding the service I would say it’s excellent good quality service. The picture quality is great.

Pakhi was very quick in resolving my problem. She immediately understood what problem I was having and resolved it in few minutes. She was v courteous and patient throughout the call and guided me well.

I have been using tashan IPTV for last 6-7 years. Recently I got my third plan with Adi at extension 5009, who is great with the plan details and customer service. I like this IPTV compared to others because they have better customer service and good UI for the box. Highly recommended.

I had internet issue yesterday and after transfering to 2 csr reps, Tashan TV was down for 2 days. Finally Kavi helped me troubleshoot the issue and fix it. My Tashan Tv is working fine now.

I changed my internet provider and Ria from customer support was able to help me fix the connection issue. She was patient and worked to resolve the issue.

I had a problem accessing TashanTV through WiFi . The technical support staff name Taniya was really quick and helpful for basic troubleshooting. She even called back to see if it has started back to normal. She guided me through Xfinity app but unfortunately it was my WiFi who was blocking . So she raised the issue to her supervisor and Mr . Kavi handled the situation and suggested me to truck with Ethernet cable . Now it’s working and Mr . Kavi constantly followed to a make sure that the issue is resolved and I am enjoying TashanTV now . Thank you to all TashanTV team . I highly recommend to subscribe their services .

Tashan IPTV is a good TV service. Tech support is always super helpful. I would recommend.

Be very careful when you are signing up for this. The price is great for 5 years and they will be very collaborative with you and will follow up diligently until the sale is done.

They will also tell you that you have 15 days to try it after which you can cancel.

What they will not tell you is that they will not reimburse the entire amount back to you. They will keep almost 7 months worth of money back when you can and apparently that is for the cost of using it for 15 days. I did not even use it for 15 days!

So if you are not sure if you are going to keep this service, make sure you ask them how much of your money you will get back if you decide to cancel after 15 days of “trying”.

I complain 20 times, but nobody take care of me very well by all channels coming off and on of an on. I send so many videos and so many complain. Nobody take care of me.

Getting good services and support from Tashan TV.

Technical team person name Kavi was extremely helpful to resolve my issue and he event went one step an ahead to setup hot keys on my remote.
Improvement: Tashan has opportunity to provide services on multiple devices. Right now it is limited to one device only.

I have been with the IP Tv more than 10 years and its very nice and very comfortable to watch all the movies in one place

Its been 6 months i am using Tashan’s services, Never had any issue, but whenever I need some technical assistance , they are easy to reach out on whatsapp and they will call and resolve issue within 2 hrs. Tashan IPTV best value package with the free box and I recommend up to about 12 people and they all liked it. I am using their three boxes two at the home and one in the office.

I just had call with Sidharth for some technical issue, he was excellent. He solve my problems in minutes.

I called and Sidharth was the associate for my issue resolution and his patience capaclity to explain the issue and also walk through the resolution calmly help me understand the issue and not only he resolved the issue and did follow back with broadcast team as well for streaming issue to double check everything is fine at their end and also calls back in different date time span to make sure issue is not happening again this clearly exceptional case of customer satisfaction Kudos to Sidharth for working extra mile for customer and organization.

I used to have another service provider. BUT, TASHAN is miles ahead of the other provider. The transmission is clear, the movies available are very clear, and the sound quality is excellent. The best is that even the latest Hindi movies have subtitles.

I was facing issue since I took up the subscription to how to perform a search to view a particular series / movie.

Today spoke with Riya from Customer Support and she helped in resolving this concern. She guided me very well step-by-step and finally I am able to use the FireStick Keyboard to perform the desired operation (Search, Move etc.)
